Refund Policy

Overview

At AEON Wellness Resort Estates, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while protecting both our guests and our ability to maintain exceptional service standards. Please review the following policies carefully before making your reservation.

Reservation Deposits

  • 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation
  • In-house financing is available for qualified guests
  • Balance due 60 days before your scheduled arrival date

Cancellation Policy

6+ Months Before Arrival

100% Refund — Full refund of all payments made, minus a $250 administrative processing fee.

3-6 Months Before Arrival

50% Refund — Half of your total payment will be refunded. The remaining balance may be applied as credit toward a future stay within 12 months.

Less Than 3 Months Before Arrival

Non-Refundable — Cancellations within 3 months of arrival are not eligible for refunds. However, you may reschedule your stay (see below).

We Recommend Rescheduling

Your wellness journey can always find a new date. Instead of canceling, we strongly encourage guests to reschedule their stay.

  • Rescheduling requests may be made up to 14 days before your arrival date
  • New dates must be within 18 months of your original booking
  • Subject to availability; peak season dates may require an additional fee
  • One complimentary reschedule per booking; additional changes may incur a $150 fee

Early Access Certificate Pre-Bookings

Pre-bookings for Early Access Certificates (Corporate, Retreat Host, and Retail) follow the same cancellation policy as standard reservations.

  • Pre-booking deposits are fully refundable until the resort opening date is announced
  • Once opening is announced, standard cancellation timelines apply based on your selected dates

Estate Access Certificates™

Estate Access Certificates (Founding, Legacy, and Sovereign) are subject to separate terms outlined in the Certificate Purchase Agreement:

  • 7-day cooling-off period with full refund after signing
  • After cooling-off period, certificate value is non-refundable but may be transferable
  • Please refer to your Certificate Purchase Agreement for complete terms

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, etc.) that prevent us from providing services, we will offer guests the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. AEON is not liable for travel costs, lost wages, or other incidental expenses.
