1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AEON Wellness Resort Estates website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Estate Access Certificates™

Important Disclosure: Estate Access Certificates™ are prepaid hospitality services agreements that provide access to AEON Wellness Resort Estates accommodations and wellness services.

• Certificates do NOT convey any real estate interest, ownership, or equity in the property
• Certificates are NOT securities or investment products
• No promise of return, appreciation, or profit is made or implied
• Certificates are exempt from California Department of Real Estate (DRE) regulations as prepaid hospitality services

Certificate holders receive access to accommodations and services as outlined in their specific certificate agreement. All certificate purchases are subject to separate certificate purchase agreements.

3. Reservations and Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

Deposit Requirements

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation
• In-house financing may be available for qualified guests
• Balance is due 60 days before arrival

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional fees.

4. Wellness Services

AEON offers non-invasive wellness modalities and programs. Our services are designed to complement, not replace, conventional medical care.

• Guests should consult with their healthcare provider before participating in wellness programs
• AEON wellness practitioners provide wellness guidance, not medical advice or treatment
• Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed
• Certain conditions or medications may contraindicate specific modalities

By participating in our wellness programs, you acknowledge understanding these limitations and assume responsibility for your own health decisions.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

• Treat all staff, practitioners, and fellow guests with respect
• Follow all resort policies and guidelines
• Maintain a peaceful environment conducive to wellness
• Not engage in any illegal activities on the premises
• Report any safety concerns or incidents to staff immediately

We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave the premises without refund if their conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AEON Wellness Resort Estates and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEON Wellness Resort Estates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AEON Wellness Resort Estates, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
